One of the main objectives of the FLAME Foundation is to develop programmes and projects to support the members of the Romanian communities living abroad, by focusing mainly on encouraging an intercultural dialogue between Romanian migrants and the citizens of the states they live and work in, dialogue that would contribute to improving the migrants living and integrating conditions, while providing a level playing field for all (in conformity with the European Union legislation, for instance) and mutual respect.

The FLAME Foundation makes available a collection of guides and brochures designed so as to serve Romanian citizens who intend to work and settle down temporarily or for good in other states and who want to integrate into the local communities they live in.

We think that it is important to support the Romanians who work abroad in their attempt to settle down in other countries and give them information, useful addresses, advice and examples to follow.
